Ethiopia Guji Dame Dabaya Natural

Jammy fruit dominates a classic Ethiopia Natural profile.  Orange marmalade, pineapple, hops, and lime zest jump out of this aromatically rich coffee.  At lighter roasts find passionfruit acidity to liven the cup, while deeper roasts moved towards gingersnap cookie undertones with vibrant aromatics above.

Naturals from Guji have long been cherished and heralded as unique coffees.  Only recently have efforts at traceability within Ethiopia pushed us to see the diversity of profiles that exist within these areas.  Hailing from the Western part of Guji in the Kercha district, the Dame Dabaya mill collects ripe local cherry and dries it on raised beds for 20-30 days to achieve densely sweet, and complex natural coffees.
