Try this at a range of roast levels to bring out more fruit at lighter roasts, or more sweetness, depth and body at darker roasts. It can even stand alone as a Decaf Single Origin Espresso.
This coffee was decaffeinated by Swiss Water Process in Vancouver, using their unique process for removing caffeine. Allowing more origin flavors and character to shine through. Fincas Mierisch has been tweaking their growing and processing practices specifically for making delicious decaf coffee, and this is the end result.
