Funky and fruity coffee from Nicaragua... yup it's very unusual and you should definitely try it. The cold carbonic maceration process bring deep stone fruits like prune, raisin, plum and syrupy thick sweetness, all while preserving a clean cup.
We were luck enough to get our hands on this unique coffee from Fincas Mierisch. Matagalpa is known for silky rich, chocolatey coffees. Adding the layer of the carbonic maceration process brings dark stone fruit flavors.
