Grown by 14 small producers in Huila, Colombia's largest coffee producing department, this coffee is a testament to collective effort and sorting for unique qualities like variety.  Each producer hand picks, ferments, washes, and dries their pink bourbon, before being blended together to produce this beautiful microlot.
