The Roba family, is an incredible success story driven by the pursuit of quality, and demand for transparency. With over 50 years of experience growing coffee, the matriarch Bedhatu Jibicho became a model farmer for the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmer's Cooperative Union. After several years of selling their coffee individually through the co-op the Roba family was blessed to go out on their own, and process and export their own coffee. Located in the Gedeb district, a subdivision of Worka inside of Yirgacheffe zone, this coffee exhibits the hallmark characteristics. The coffee is fermented for 48 hours before being dried on raised beds for 12-15 days.
