Papua New Guinea Baroida Colbrans
Green Coffee Beans

Regular price $6.15

The Colbrans have been growing coffee since the 1960's and are unarguably the most famous PNG coffee producers.  They have built a legacy of beautiful and clean coffees from a region that often sinks into anonymity.

Sitting at 1700-1850 meters above sea level the farm grows Arusha, Mondo Novo, and Bourbon varieties, giving the coffee a deep rustic sweetness and versatility for a large range of roast profiles.

Lighter roasts yield strawberry to tomato acidity with herbal aromatics, while medium roasts move towards brown sugar and beef broth.  Dark roasts take this to bittersweet chocolate and molasses.
