Thick and syrupy, these coffees express a refinement often not found in natural processed coffees.  Pacamara is known for it's delicate acidity, and that holds true with these naturals, brining a cleanliness and lift to the cup.

Grown by Luis Alberto Ballardez a perennial Cup of Excellence winner in Nicaragua, this coffee shows the skill and meticulous dedication to producing quality.  Luis Alberto has one of the most comprehensive programs for tracking lots that I have ever seen.  Documenting details at every stage in the process.  Luis Alberto is particularly known for his experimentation with different varieties and processes, as he works to match each variety with a process that highlights it's character best.

Generally best as a lighter roast, and for single origin filter coffees.  The unique profile and large bean size can make it hard to blend.
