Proud Strut Espresso

This pre-roast green coffee bean blend is our take on a classic "3rd Wave" espresso blend, Proud Strut Espresso Blend takes it back to the early 2000's with a creamy, earthy, sweet, and fruity espresso blend.  We've followed the tradition of using green coffee beans from each of the world's major growing areas.

Versatile enough to standup to a range of roast profiles, but traditionally roasted to the first pops of 2nd crack, with a longer drying phase, and extended development between 1st crack and the end of roast.
